1. Please check carefully the room number you have been allocated. Please arrive at your allocated room on time. To be able to know your presentation slot and time, please visit the ‘Full Conference Program Page.
2. A presentation in a Plenary Session is scheduled for a total of 20 minutes (nominally a 12 minutes presentation, 5 minutes discussion/questions and 3 minutes for change over). However, the Conference Secretariat reserves the rights to make any variation to the presentation time.
3. A presentation in a Concurrent Session is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes (nominally a 10 minutes presentation, 3 minutes discussion/questions and 2 minutes for change over).
4. The PowerPoint slides should NOT exceed 30 slides in total. Please bring your PowerPoint presentation slides in a USB/Flash Drive during your presentation.
5. It will be a good idea to keep a backup of your PowerPoint presentation in an online tool, e.g. your email. The conference team will NOT accept any PowerPoint slides by email.
Conference proceedings based on the accepted abstracts of the registered participants will be prepared and published online, with ISBN 978-0-6459250-4-3, one week before the conference. Please note once an abstract will be uploaded to online conference proceedings, it cannot be revised or removed. If you still want to submit a request for any compliance requirement, there will be an admin processing fee of US$50.
