- All conference fees mentioned throughout this website are in the United States (US) dollars.
Refunds
- Please decide carefully before making any payment for registration. We don’t refund registration fees, regardless of your circumstance, such as, ‘not being able to get a visa’ or due to other personal circumstances that may not allow you to attend the conference. In certain cases, you may ask to adjust your registration at a future conference. Such a request may be approved on the merits of a case.
- Non-serviceability: if the organiser is unable to organise this conference, due to an unavoidable circumstance, the conference registration fees will be refunded in full.
- If an in-person conference is converted to an online one, we will adjust the fees for the local participants only. To overseas participants, if we have provided necessary support (such as a formal ‘letter of invitation’, or a ‘visa letter’ to gain a visa for a country, we will not adjust the registration fees, even if an in-person conference is converted to an online one for an unavoidable circumstance.
