If you are travelling from overseas, you will be arriving at Melbourne Tullamarine International Airport. After arriving in Melbourne, please adjust your time to Melbourne local time. If your mobile is not roaming, you can purchase a local SIM card with a data facility.
Before you travel, please take note that, Australian electric socket is different from any other countries in the world. Please try to purchase an international adaptor/converter from your home country that can be used in Australia. You can also purchase an adapter from a Woolworths Super Market after arriving in Australia. If you choose, you can also bring a power bank with you.
Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne, the conference venue, is located in the heart of Melbourne Central Business District (CBD). The physical address of the Hotel is: 328 Flinders Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000. It is 16.7 KM away from Melbourne International Airport.
You have few choices to arrive at the conference venue in CBD:
a. You can take a Taxi or Uber that will take you directly to the conference venue.
b. You can use the Victorian public transport system bus (http://ptv.vic.gov.au/route/view/1123) to come to Melbourne CBD. Buses depart from both domestic and international airports to Southern Cross Terminal (Spencer Street) in the city. If you are travelling with heavy luggage or if you are not travelling alone, please double check if a Taxi or Uber will be economical for you.

The Conference Dinner will be held at a nearby restaurant on Saturday, 12 October 2024 at 7:00 PM. The conference secretariat will provide updates based on the registration to the dinner.
All delegates must report their arrival to the conference at the ‘Registration Desk’. The support staff(s) at the registration desk will provide you a package which will contain the following:
1. Your name badge
2. Your attendance certificate
3. Any other relevant documents

All registered delegates will receive a ‘name badge’ upon registration. This ‘name badge’ is the official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all conference sessions. Please note that a name badge will not be prepared for any virtual presenter.
It is not recommended to bring your car to the conference venue, unless you have made prior arrangements by yourself. The Conference Secretariat will not be able to assist you on this matter. Public transports are available all over the city.

Answer: MABRC is open to all academics, students and practitioners, business personnel or an independent researcher.
Answer: Yes, you can attend at MABRC as an observer or as a poster presenter if you express an interest by completing the ‘Contact Us’ form. Such expression of interest will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and a letter of invitation will be issued based on applicant’s personal strength or his/her organisational affiliation. However, the decision of the authority will be final.
Answer: To participate at MABRC, you can submit just an abstract before the deadline. This is because you want to present your research idea at an international gathering to get feedback, make collaboration and networking. There is no need to submit a full paper to the conference. You can submit a full paper at the same time or before the full paper submission deadline for any of the reasons below:
Answer: Yes, you can make a virtual presentation even after arriving in the United States. You can do it from your place of intended stay in Australia. Please note that, a virtual presenter will not get a ‘name badge’ and a ‘certificate of attendance’.
Answer: An acceptance letter or a rejection email is given for all submitted abstracts/full papers to MABRC participants. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not heard anything. If you routinely check your junk mail folder and don’t see any communications from us, please send us an inquiry by completing the ‘Contact Us‘ form.
Answer: A single author can submit up to 4 abstracts/full papers. However, the authority reserves the right to make a variation of this matter on a case-by-case basis.

There may be a separate fee for publication in a journal.
Answer: Yes, this can be done if you inform us in advance. You can find a person by yourself to have it presented or we can do it from our side.
You can also either choose to make an online presentation or transfer your paper to another conference which will be held within 1 year.
Answer: Only abstract of the papers will be included in the online conference proceedings.
Answer: Yes, you can publish your paper(s) in an affiliated journal without attending a conference. Please visit the respective journal’s submission page on this matter.
Answer: There is no submission fee. However, there is an acceptance fee of US$100. This fee will cover managing the submission of your paper, setup costs, other “first-copy” costs of your paper; the cost of archiving your paper in the issue of the journal at the journal website; language editing and journal specific formatting of your paper. This fee will be waived only for solicited papers presented at MABRC.
Answer: Yes, we provide a ‘Peer Review Report’ on all registered full papers for re-submission to an affiliated journal.
Answer: Yes, you can. AABR does not hold the copyright on the paper submitted to MABRC.
Answer: AABR does not provide any fund to any participant to attend its conference.
Answer: You generally cannot change your mind, as immediately after receiving your full paper and completed registration, your paper joins the publication queue. If you would like to withdraw that paper for any compliance requirement, there will be an admin processing fee of US$100.
Answer: MABRC does NOT give registration fees refund either in full or in part. Please decide carefully before making your registration. If your visa application is denied, you can either choose to make an online presentation or transfer your paper to another conference which will be held within 1 year.
Before making a ‘Visa Letter Request’, you will need to register for the conference and pay the registration fees. Your ‘Visa Letter Request’, will be sent within 5 business days from the day we receive your request. If you don’t receive it within the 5 business days, please check your spam folder, before contacting us again.
