  1. By making this payment, you agree with the ‘General Terms and Conditions‘ related to ‘Abstract/Full Paper Submission‘, ‘Review Process‘ and ‘Publication in a Journal‘. You also agree with the ‘Other Terms‘ (where mentioned), ‘Privacy Policy‘ and ‘Return Policy‘.
  2. All conference fees mentioned throughout this website are in the United States (US) dollars.

Refunds

  1. Please decide carefully before making any payment for registration. We don’t refund registration fees, regardless of your circumstance, such as, ‘not being able to get a visa’ or due to other personal circumstances that may not allow you to attend the conference. In certain cases, you may ask to adjust your registration at a future conference. Such a request may be approved on the merits of a case.
  2. Non-serviceability: if the organiser is unable to organise this conference, due to an unavoidable circumstance, the conference registration fees will be refunded in full.
  3. If an in-person conference is converted to an online one, we will adjust the fees for the local participants only. To overseas participants, if we have provided  necessary support (such as a formal ‘letter of invitation’, or a ‘visa letter’ to gain a visa for a country, we will not adjust the registration fees, even if an in-person conference is converted to an online one for an unavoidable circumstance.
