Eltayyeb Al-Fakir Al Rabab’a, PhD is a sessional academic staff at the University of Southern Queensland,  Victoria University,  and Victorian Institute of Technology, Australia. His research interests are sustainable finance, ESG performance and disclosures, corporate finance, and corporate governance. He holds a PhD in finance, an M.A. in Finance, and a BSc in Management Information Systems (MIS). His PhD thesis examined the corporate carbon performance and access to finance in the context of Asia-Pacific countries. He contributed to national and international research communities, such as acting as a referee to some of the leading peer-reviewed journals and presenting papers at the 2021 FMCG conference, the Journal of Contemporary Accounting and Economics (JCAE) Mid-Year conference (QUT University) and the 2022 AFFANZ conference. He is also a member of the Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand (AFAANZ). He published a research paper in the International Review of Financial Analysis (ABDC A ranked journal).

Dr Rabab’a is very proficient in data analytics and worked with Bloomberg, DataStream, Wharton Research Data. He is very proficient in SPSS and Stata software and provides training for Australian Academy of Business Research.
