We don&#8217;t refund registration fees, regardless of your circumstance, such as, &#8216;not being able to get a visa&#8217; or due to other personal circumstances that may not allow you to attend the conference. In certain cases, you may ask to adjust your registration at a future conference. Such a request may be approved on the merits of a case.<\/li>\n<li>Non-serviceability: if the organiser is unable to organise this conference, due to an unavoidable circumstance, the conference registration fees will be refunded in full.<\/li>\n<li>If an in-person conference is converted to an online one, we will adjust the fees for the local participants only.
